Young voices matter!
The Dupnitsa Youth Center had the pleasure of welcoming a special guest – Member of Parliament Ivailo Petrov.
During the meeting, young people discussed the importance of civic engagement, the role of the National Assembly, and the functions of government ministries. Interesting questions were raised, and opinions and ideas were shared regarding the work of institutions and opportunities for positive societal change.
The meeting gave young people the chance to learn more about how state institutions function and to understand the importance of being informed, active, and engaged in the processes that shape our present and future.
We thank Ivailo Petrov for his time and open dialogue, as well as the young people for their active participation, curiosity, and insightful questions!
Because change begins with a question, evolves through dialogue, and happens through the active participation of people. And young people are a vital part of that future!
